Research On Working Capital Management Of SC Company

With the development of the times,China's high-tech enterprises gradually to large-scale road.At the same time,as a member of the manufacturing industry,in the first two decades of the 21st century,large or small economic crisis and various types of economic bubble has existed,high-tech enterprises are also facing a very heavy competitive pressure.In order to achieve its own financial goals,improve competitiveness and management efficiency,working capital management reform is imminent.It is so,more and more business management and scholars will look at the working capital management research and application.As a national high-tech enterprises,SC companies in the large-scale and market-oriented development process by the state's attention.In response to the challenges of the current environment,SC has invested more attention in its own working capital management to achieve the goal of enhancing operational quality and enhancing the viability of our business.This paper chooses SC as representative,and uses working capital management research method to analyze the data provided by SC company 's financial statements between 2012 and 2015,and makes a concrete analysis of the company's working capital management ability.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,literature review at home and abroad,research methods and research contents and research innovation.The second chapter introduces the related concepts of working capital management,draws on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad,mainly expounds the concept of working capital and working capital management,and introduces the concept of working capital management strategy,provides the theory for the follow-up study Level of help.In the third chapter,based on the theory of the previous theory,we design the relevant research system of working capital management index.Taking SC company as an example,we draw lessons from the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars,combine a new index analysis system,find out the SC company Daily operations and corporate profits in the process of the problem.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward some constructive suggestions on the existing problems of SC Company.Chapter 5 summarizes this paper and looks forward to the future research and developmentThrough the research,we find that there are four main problems in the current working capital management of SC:(1)there are a large number of accounts receivable,weak solvency;(2)rely on short-term loans,financing means a single,hinder production and management;(3)blind "to inventory",inventory can not be real to achieve the increase in funds;(4)accounts payable more likely to lead to credit risk.In view of the above problems,this paper presents four main solutions:(1)to strengthen the recovery of accounts receivable;(2)to expand the financing channels;(3)balance the realization of cash and real capital inflow;Accounts and Corporate Credit Risk.Through the case analysis of SC company,this paper finds out the problems existing in the working capital management of SC company,and puts forward the relative solution to these problems.At the same time,the research results of this paper provide a practical case of working capital management to promote the improvement of working capital management,and provide practical solutions to improve the quality of operation of enterprises and provide a reference for other enterprises to improve their operational capacity and their competitiveness.
