In recent years,the total consumption of natural gas in China has increased dramatically,the dependence on natural gas imports has continued to climb to 35%,and the rapidly increasing demand for natural gas is mainly compensated by increasing imports.In this regard,Chinese energy companies,represented by T Company,have deployed overseas oil and gas markets one after another,recruited a large number of foreign local employees,and actively implemented the localization strategy for employees.However,in the process of implementing the localization strategy of the employees in Chinese companies,there is a big gap between the individual ability and the qualification requirements of foreign new employees.Nowadays,Maintaining and improving the international competitive advantage of Chinese enterprises has become an important part of the strategic development of Chinese companies' globalization,through strengthening the training of new foreign employees.Through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,this paper proposes the training needs of new foreign employees of T company,including organizational analysis,task analysis and personnel-level analysis based on the research of Goldstein training needs analysis model,learning organization theory,Koch evaluation model,constructivist learning theory,and Learning plateau phenomenon.The paper proposes a proposal for the training of foreign company's new employees,including training objectives,training environment and conditions,training methods,training content,training instructors,training assessment design,and related safeguard measures.In order to effectively carry out foreign new employee training programs,provide talent protection for the China-Kyrgyzstan natural gas pipeline project and improve its business efficiency,this article proposes the program design and related safeguards for the training of foreign company's foreign employees,based on the analysis of training needs of new foreign employees.At the same time,the design of the new foreign employee training program proposed in this paper provides reference and reference for overseas Chinese companies.
