Study On The Evaluation Of Patent Portfolio Secuitied

The experience of the United States and other Western developed countries shows that patent securitization can effectively integrate patent assets and financial capital,increase the level of patent transformation,promote the industrialization of patents,and accelerate the liquidity of intellectual capital.In the process of patent securitization,value assessment is the core link of patent securitization.In view of the fact that China’s patent securitization is advancing slowly,this paper conducts research on the evaluation of the value of the patent portfolio involved in patent securitization,which has strong practical significance.This paper introduces the real option analysis,analyzes the real option features of the patent portfolio involved in patent securitization,and based on the comparative analysis of the real option model such as the trigeminal tree,considers the value evaluation of patent portfolio involved in patent securitization based on ternary tree construction.The model is a better choice.After improving the basic assumptions,variables,and parameters in the trinomial model based on the portfolio of patented securities,a generic value evaluation model based on a trigeminal tree is constructed.On the basis of the above work,further consideration is given to the emergence of competitors in the process of patent securitization of the patent portfolio,and an extended ternary tree model with stronger applicability is constructed in combination with the life cycle theory and the Boston matrix.In order to better apply the extended ternary tree model to the evaluation practice,MATLAB code was written to facilitate the solution of the constructed model.In order to verify the practicability of the model constructed in this paper,this article is aimed at specific cases,while adopting the technology division rate method and the expanded ternary tree model constructed in this paper for comparative analysis.It is found that the latter is relatively more practical.This article is aimed at the extension of the ternary tree model of the patent portfolio involved in the patent securitization of Chinese enterprises.The assessment concept is clear,and the influencing factors are considered more comprehensively.The comparative analysis proves the practicability to be a patent portfolio involved in patent securitization.Make more effective value assessments.
