Technology-based SMEs are one of the important sources of science and technology innovation in China.However,the financing difficulties of related enterprises still exist for a long time.Patent pledge financing,a new financing method,can effectively solve the financing difficulties caused by the lack of pledge in small and medium-sized technology enterprises.In the process of financing,patents as pledge usually appear in the form of patent portfolio,so it is very important to accurately judge the value of patent portfolio.From the perspective of patent pledge financing,this paper establishes a DEGWO-SVM model for patent portfolio valuation.First,proceed from the patent portfolio itself,Six indicators of patent portfolio value evaluation are selected,including backward citation times,forward citation times,family size,patent claims,patent scope and patent duration.Then principal component analysis is carried out to extract the features of the data and reduce the data dimension based on the cumulative contribution rate.Then,the parameters of support vector machine(SVM)are optimized by using the differential grey wolf optimization(DEGWO)algorithm.Subsequently,the simulation results optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey wolf optimization(GWO)algorithm are compared with the differential grey wolf optimization algorithm.The results show that the differential grey wolf optimization algorithm can better optimize the two parameters of support vector machine,and then provide better simulation results.
