With China's WTO accession process,Chinese enterprises,international and transnational business activities necessarily get rapid development.As the process of globalization accelerated,cross-cultural management of human resources had impact on the end of the 20 th century was strengthened.To establish a meet in Kyrgyzstan two sides to communicate the corporate culture is in Chinese enterprises urgently need.Kyrgyzstan and China has different cultures,all study abroad is totally different,papers on this issue for further will be researched.By having a representative in the joint venture,the largest oil Zhonda company for this case analysis.This article uses the literature analysis method,the research interview method and case enterprise analysis method;the joint venture-in the largest oil company in the status quo,existing problems and generating among employees a culture of conflict management in the presence of cross-cultural management problems for these analysis,and by asking questions,analyze problems and solving the ideas,step-by-step research work,and finally proposed to enterprises cross-cultural management number of responses: these include the remuneration of the perspective of management,personnel training,technical cooperation,cultural habits of each other to communicate with the atmosphere of the creation,to the enterprise culture as the carrier of all kinds of networking events planned and held,normal communication platform,and many other cross-cultural Management Responses.From the thesis framework on the analysis the first Chapter is Introduction.The second Chapter is cross-cultural human resources management concepts and theory,including the Chinese culture on the “tube people” thought,the Kyrgyz culture on the “tube people” thinking,cross-cultural management theory,human resources management related theory.The third Chapter is about the largest oil joint venture company profile,and the use of the interview method for a large petroleum joint venture cross-cultural management to the specific content of the summarized analysis presented in the largest oil joint venture company cultural conflict.The fourth Chapter is the analysis of a large petroleum joint venture cross-cultural management problems that countermeasures and suggestions.
