| Based on the study and analysis of team A management system,this paper combines the theory of " person " and the Management By Objective(MBO)theory into the team management and project management work has achieved very good results.Team A is from the company which was found in 2000,it is a financial and economic newspaper of capital market.As a traditional media,the company began to transform to new media in the background of the rapid development of the Internet,the new business model and product form,requiring the staff structure and job setting to be innovated,and the management ideas and methods should be changed too.Team A is the company’s new media technology support and product development department.With the company’s development,transformation,and its functional and personnel changes,they faced a lot of management problems.In this paper,the author combines the knowledge that learns and accumulated in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,especially studied of human data management courses,and investigates the current situation of team management of other companies,to puts forward the feasibility of integrating high-performance " person " and MOB theories in team management.With this theory thought,and thanks to strong support from company and HR department,Team A entire management system was reconstructed,and after nearly a year of practice,the overall team performance,team cohesion,staff enthusiasm and work ability have greatly improved.This paper argues that team performance depends on the competency and input of its staff,both of which are like two legs of a person,and at the same time this article advocates that employee pleasure is the cornerstone of its work.With the role of knowledge workers in the development of enterprises more and more prominent,the original simple division of labor,tasks and mandatory implementation of the factory-style management model is challenged.Managers need to consider to improve staff’s work pleasure and investment by means of built team culture,set incentives system and so on.Meanwhile,need to enable employees to grow up with team,improve their competencies to create high-performance team group via career path planning and system work trainingand other incentives measures.Team A’s "Management System Reconstruction Practice" state that merge target management theory into the "person" model management theory,team management in the "person management" and " things management" two aspects of management initiatives complement each other.The target management approach allows employees to be more attentive,more responsive,more effective and more efficient;The accessible and competent employees can be more proactive in targetsetting so that well understand and implement goals. |
