Research On The Application Of The Operation Model Of Light Asset In HL Mall Operating Company

Retail trade is an important part of the tertiary industry in our country.Since the construction of socialist market economy,it has made great contributions to the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards.In the retail industry,as an emerging format of the retail industry,the shopping mall format is favored by the general public due to its comprehensiveness of catering,entertainment and shopping,which has brought a relatively high popularity.However,with the economic restructuring,changes in consumer habits,and the impact of information technology and e-commerce,the advantage of land lots and the advantages of goods in shopping malls gradually weakened,and the traditional shopping centers rely on store-based retail operating mode of heavy assets reveals disadvantages.How to use light assets to achieve sustainable development has become an important topic in shopping mall format and the entire retail industry.This article selects retail mall HL company as a case study,and studies the application status and effectiveness of light asset management mode.The first part of the article illustrates the research background and significance of the research,and reviews the research results of light asset management mode both at home and abroad,putting forward the research ideas and innovations.The second part introduces the concept and related theoretical basis of light asset and its operating mode,providing a theoretical basis for the follow-up study.The third part firstly introduces the motivation and advantage of HL company applying light asset operation mode,and then elaborates the concrete strategy of its light asset operation,and analyzes the significance and problems of light asset operation.The fourth part is to analyze the application of the upper part,and put forward the perfect countermeasures to the problems existing in the operation of the light assets of HL Company.It provides a reference for the similar companies in the retail industry to reform and apply the light asset model.The last part is the conclusion and prospect,which mainly summarizes the research work of the thesis and looks forward to the future.The innovation point of this paper is that the existing research on asset-light operation mode is mainly from real estate enterprises,which can provide reference for the development of business model in real estate industry.However,there are differences between the retail and real estate enterprises in terms of asset size.Therefore,this article selects the shopping mall operators in the retail industry as the case study enterprises,hoping to provide reference of the retail asset-light mode to physical retail such as shopping center.In addition,many researches of light asset operation mode are limited to financial perspective,which is mainly research on financial performance or financial risk.This article uses both financial and non-financial research methods to explore the status and the problems in the application of light asset management mode.
