At present,big data technology is widely used,which has an impact on the retail industry.At the same time,some problems have emerged: for example,serious product homogeneity,poor service experience,and lag in brand building.The traditional retail industry is facing new challenges,but challenges are also opportunities,which also promotes the transformation and upgrading of the asset-light operation model of retail enterprises.The ability to manage working capital is also an important part of corporate financial management,which often directly affects the business performance of the company.It even determines whether the company can survive or not.As a fast-growing retail enterprise,Yonghui Supermarket is also a process of continuous exploration and adaptation.Yonghui Supermarket has many years of experience in developing an asset-light operation model.Under this model,its working capital management has been optimized and what are the remaining The question is worth discussing.Through the research of Yonghui Supermarket,it is concluded how retail enterprises should develop an asset-light model,improve their working capital management capabilities,and provide a certain reference for enterprises to enhance their own value.This paper combines domestic and foreign literature research,draws on relevant theoretical foundations,summarizes the current asset-light model of Yonghui Superstores,and analyzes the advantages of the current asset-light strategy for its working capital management.Hui Supermarket’s working capital management risk,summed up the shortcomings of Yonghui Supermarket,put forward optimization suggestions for the shortcomings,and found suitable methods to improve the inventory turnover rate and accounts receivable turnover rate,and promote the rapid flow of working capital.Through research,this paper finds that:(1)The relationship between Yonghui Supermarket’s asset-light operation model and working capital management is mutually reinforcing.The asset-light model optimizes the asset structure to promote the improvement of working capital management capabilities.At the same time,the latter also requires enterprises to be more asset-light(2)Yonghui Supermarket’s asset-light model brings advantages to working capital management,which is reflected in the substantial increase in enterprise scale and sales revenue and the significant improvement in working capital management capabilities;(3)At present,Yonghui Supermarket still has working capital management capabilities.The main problems are accounts receivable and inventory,which need to be further optimized;(4)Yonghui Supermarket can optimize working capital management from aspects such as strengthening informatization construction and optimizing credit policies,and at the same time pay attention to and supply business relationship.
