Study Of The Asset-Light Operation Mode Of Suning Logistics Under The Background Of New Retail

In recent years,the retail industry of China has experienced the phenomenon of reduced profitability and dismal performance due to the pre-existing development trend to maturity,the extrusion of the development of electrical commerce enterprises,and the homogenization of their products.The business environment in the continuous change,various enterprises want to stand out in a strong competitive environment,there is a need to continuously explore suitable industry models,many enterprises enter the transition period and carry out Internet retail,and in the development of Internet retail,logistics plays an important role,and with the development of Internet retail,a new model "new retail" has been proposed,many enterprises began to unfold the layout of new retail sales,and the new retail model is shown as a characteristic of deep integration of online,offline,and modern logistics,which puts new demands on the development of logistics in our country,and many firms began to preempt the logistics market because the current logistics level cannot meet the requirements or because of future strategic development considerations,whereas such heavy assets account for high logistics,and firms are easy to catch into the dilemma of the operation of heavy assets,so some of the firms also start to perform innovative operation on their logistic assets,trying to adjust the asset structure,improve the liquidity of corporate assets,enhance the cash flow and promote further development of the firms.In this paper,using the light asset transportation of Suning logistics as an example,to analyze the operation model of its logistics assets,there is a difference between the operation of SUNIN’s light asset and the typical operation of light assets,and after the operation is implemented,the part of the indicators of the financial characteristics of SUNIN is basically consistent with the operation of other light assets,but it is the most direct heavy asset specific value.This indicator,however,shows an increase only in the year when the light assets are operating.The decline remain unchanged,to introduce the special characteristics,also to analyze the internal and external reasons for the operation of its logistic assets,then to evaluate the effect of the operation of Suning’s logistic assets through a number of angles,and to point out the possible risk for its implementation of the operation of light assets,and finally to draw relevant conclusions and suggestions based on the above analysis,The results of the study show that it is necessary for the implementation of the assets light in the retail sector of China to improve the solvency of the firm as a whole,to improve the profitability and operation ability of the firm,and also to enhance the growth of the firm,and to expand the financing channels of the firm,which will be beneficial to the implementation of corporate transformation and development strategies,but there are also operational risks,security risks off table assets risks,etc.This case has implications for the operation of logistic assets for other retail sectors in the country.
