Society and economy is developing rapidly,the retail chain service industry is becoming more and more scientific,standardized and process management.The competition of resource and cost becomes the competition of outstanding talents.As a well-known brand of children's clothing sales company,DW children's clothing companies want to be sustainable in the fierce market competition,in addition to actively introducing high-quality talents,the company needs to establish a system of human resources training to meet the strategic development needs of enterprises,through internal training to improve the quality and skills of employees.As a human resources management worker,the author is familiar with the mature training theory at home and abroad.Through working in DW children's clothing company for several years,he knows the management and operation of the company.In practice,the problems in the training system of DW children's clothing company are analyzed by means of questionnaire,interview and observation.Advocate to redesign and perfect the training system of the company,increase the strength of internal staff training,create learning organization.In the light of the actual situation of the company,the design of the training system is based on the following steps: pre-training preparation(including organizational management,institution-building,training needs survey,training plan and target setting),training implementation(including course system design,teacher management,training implementation process),post-training evaluation and results transformation(training impact assessment,training results transformation).The human resource training system is sound and perfect to ensure the senior level of the company to participate in the training management,to provide a guarantee for the smooth development of training activities;Training needs surveys employ scientific survey and analysis methods to ensure that training activities can be conducted effectively;According to DW children's clothing company's strategic development goal requirement,establish and perfect the scientific system curriculum development,teacher management,training implementation,training results assessment and transformation,so as to keep the training activities in line with the company's strategy.The human resources training system has been redesigned,and the direction of the company's training has been clarified,the enthusiasm of the staff training has been improved,and the effect of staff training has been enhanced.The whole training system has been systematically adjusted from the links before,during and after training,so that training can be put into practice and play a role in practice.
