The training as an important part of human resource management is a major tool of human capital investment. Training has the very important function in regard to improve staff's overall quality and enterprise's comprehensive competitive power as well as the quality of human resources in the society. For an increasingly competitive industry, the role of training more exposed to prospecting and design enterprises. Construction of the scientific and systematic training system has become the urgent need for enterprise development of the prospecting and design enterprises.The research mentality of this paper is to proposed the question, analysis the question and solve the question. This paper studies the construction of training system in prospecting and design enterprises with the methodology of theory research, case study, questionnaire analysis and interview method, carries on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. On the base of the training theory's summary and characteristics of prospecting and design enterprises, the author analyzed the present situation and the existence question thoroughly of the prospecting and design enterprise's training taking A corporation as the example, and has carried on various summary induction to the question reason, proposed the construction scientific and systematic training system and the safeguard mechanism of molding training environment.This article's characteristic lies in the special profession background of the selected case, comprehensive researching and systematic analysis of A corporation's training from various links as well as the movement environment. It has the good reference and the model significance to the other prospecting and design enterprise's training.
