Corporate culture is closely related to enterprise competitiveness and operating efficiency.A good corporate culture can enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.Assessing the culture of an enterprise help senior management understand the strengths and weaknesses of the corporate structure,by evaluating them to effectively implement the strategy of enterprises,improve the productivity of the enterprise,management method,strengthen the competitiveness,improve the corporate culture.But there are differences in corporate culture between each country.In recent years,the Chinese government has implemented the "One Belt And One Road" strategy to help domestic enterprises invest overseas.Vietnam is adjacent to China and the people of China and Vietnam have traded since ancient times.In addition,Vietnam has a good investment environment,which has attracted investment from all countries including China,but most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises,and the business situation is not very optimistic.The important reason is that SMEs do not have corporate culture or have imperfect corporate culture.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for SMEs to build an enterprise culture that meets to the Vietnamese environment.This article focuses on the construction of VietnamChinese SME culture.Analyze the construction of corporate culture under the background of Vietnam-funded corporate culture,so that Chinese-funded enterprises can adapt to Vietnam’s economic environment,adapt to Vietnam’s social and cultural environment,increase their core competitiveness,and promote the development of their businesses.This article first analyzes the related concepts of corporate culture and the research results of corporate culture construction at home and abroad.Afterwards,an in-depth analysis of the investment status and investment background of Chinese-funded enterprises was carried out.Through the questionnaire survey,the situation of Chinese-funded SMEs’ culture construction was analyzed and data analysis was conducted to find out the problems and main reasons for the establishment of corporate culture.Based on the above,we propose corporate culture construction strategies based on corporate culture theory,cross-cultural theories,and corporate cultural structure plus data analysis.This paper conducts in-depth research on four levels of corporate culture,including material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture,and spiritual culture,combined with international culture integration,local culture,cross-cultural management,and corporate culture construction management in the Internet era.Each level proposes a construction plan.It is hoped that the quantitative analysis of questionnaires combined with theoretical and practical research results of the Chinese-funded SME culture construction will bring value to companies in the process of cultural construction,and will allow Chinese-funded enterprises to develop in Vietnam.
