If an enterprise wants to stand firm in the competitive market economy environment,seek for development,increase the influence of the enterprise,enhance the popularity of the enterprise,enhance the comprehensive strength and competitiveness,shape the brand effect,so as to achieve high quality development,it must find the strongest way.And the construction of enterprise culture is the fundamental motive force to promote the high quality development of the enterprise,at the same time,it can strengthen the cohesion of the staff,and the construction of enterprise culture must be carried out in order to create the modern enterprise.BJ group company belongs to the state-owned super-large construction enterprise,the basic idea of its enterprise development is "enterprise development,culture first ",the group firmly grasps the enterprise Culture is only the "invisible hand ",which vigorously promotes the corporate culture to take root in the staff's heart,to solidify the system,to embody the behavior,and to make the corporate culture become the inexhaustible power source to promote the enterprise reform,development and growth.The core competitiveness of an enterprise,to a large extent,comes from the support of good corporate culture.Because the author has worked in the enterprise front line for a long time,and has also participated in the enterprise culture research work of the BJ group,so the inquiry and analysis of the problems existing in the process of creating the enterprise culture have certain experience.Based on the existing corporate culture of BJ group,the author collected the understanding and cognition of corporate culture among managers and employees through interview and questionnaire.On the basis of this analysis and summary,in addition to the analysis of the problems targeted to formulate solutions to the problem.this paper not only expounds the research background of the subject in detail,the current research situation in china and foreign countries,the concept,function andstructure of corporate culture,but also introduces the BJ group and its organizational structure,the distribution of employees,the course of enterprise development and so on.Furthermore,based on the achievements of the construction of corporate culture,with the help of various survey data,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current problems of the BJ group in its cultural construction,and gives the promotion countermeasures to the problems.This paper will be elaborated from the following six parts.First,introduce the research background and significance of this study,draw up the specific content of the study,research methods and general framework.Secondly,the related concepts and theories of corporate culture are expounded,including the definition,function and structure of corporate culture,and by means of relevant theories,the research on corporate culture at home and abroad is compared and analyzed.S.introduction and elaboration of Cameron and Robert E.Quinn's theory,the kinds of corporate culture proposed by Denison and the OCQ scale lay the theoretical foundation of this paper.Third,major Described is the general situation of the BJ group,organization and personnel structure,through the analysis of the group's internal and external environment and the current corporate culture construction to make a brief introduction,for the subsequent research more systematic and comprehensive lay the foundation.Fourth,by means of field interview and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the actual situation of corporate culture in BJ group,compares the success of enterprises in cultural construction at present,and probes into and analyzes the problems in the construction of corporate culture in the aspects of spirit,material,system and behavior.Fifth,based on the goal and principle of corporate culture promotion,the BJ set is given from four dimensions The promotion strategies of group corporate culture are spiritual,material,institutional and behavioral.Sixth,summarize the full text and carry on the prospect.
