Vietnam as neighboring countries, China has a good investment environment, for many Chinese enterprises’ investment destination. In the number of Chinese companies nearly thousand, but on the whole, small size, management benefit is not very stable, most enterprises lack in cultural construction, even blank. Although some companies try to through some channels to promote the enterprise culture, but the lack of deep and normal work. Successful construction of Chinese characteristic culture of Vietnam, as it were, few small and medium-scale enterprises. Part is not aware of the importance of enterprise culture construction in stimulate the enterprise long-term development, the part is not a comprehensive understanding of enterprise culture construction, the method of using is not suitable for enterprise’s cultural construction measures. Therefore, the enterprise culture construction to become the urgent problem of Vietnamese Chinese small and medium-scale enterprises(smes).This paper studies content, composition, characteristics and function of enterprise culture; Understand Vietnamese Chinese small and medium-scale enterprise culture construction present situation of the comprehensive advantages, disadvantages and the cultural construction. Through investigation in the cultural construction of the 73 Vietnamese Chinese small and medium-scale enterprises, analyzes the factors influencing Vietnamese Chinese small and medium-scale enterprise culture construction and degree. From questionnaire survey and the analysis results, it is pointed out that Vietnam problems existing in the process of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise culture construction, and classify problem. At the same time from two aspects: objective and subjective to analyze the root of the problem; Through the theoretical basis and reality basis for Vietnamese Chinese small and medium-scale enterprise culture construction put forward the solutions and Suggestions to solve the problem. Hope that through the study of Vietnamese Chinese small and medium-scale enterprise culture construction, some inspirations can give Vietnam Chinese small and medium-scale enterprises, let the Chinese small and medium-scale enterprises in Vietnam is increasingly stable and development.
