With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the ability of enterprise knowledge innovation has gradually become one of the important competitive elements Knowledge emergence process is an important way to generate knowledge innovation.At present,the research on the organizational level of knowledge innovation mechanism is still based on the knowledge transformation spiral model(SECI)that proposed by Nonaka Fujiro.Definition of knowledge field vectorial and the dual characteristics of the agents based on organization level.The agents scale mathematical model is constructed,the internal knowledge emergence operation mechanism is put forward,and the simulation model is set up.Based on the transformation of the spiral model of individual knowledge,we analyze the process of knowledge emergence at the organizational level,with the theory of complex adaptability.Define the nature of agent within an organization system,it not only contains the attribute of the carrier,but also has the core knowledge attribute.The agents scale self-organization evolution mutation equation is established,and the scale effect of knowledge body is simulated and analyzed,a critical region of mutation effect is produced.The scale self-organization evolution mutation equation of agents is established,the scale effect of agents is analyzed,and the critical region of mutation effect is obtained.During the evolution of the internal system,agents produces a vector-based knowledge field under the action of a simple rule,and the external environment system is controlled by the feedback effect,so the internal power mechanism and the environmental action mechanism are established.Then build a simulation model of the role of the system and the environment.The results show that under certain initial conditions,the number of knowledge elements increases exponentially,and eventually tends to a stable state.The main factors that affect the emergence of organizational knowledge are the number of knowledge elements of agents,the scale of agents and the environmental conditions.The parameter changes of agents and knowledge element are exponential to the generation of new knowledge element.Through the analysis of the results of the simulation,the conclusion is that comprehensive talents,professional talents and environmental conditions are the important factors which are beneficial to the emergence of organizational knowledge.It is suggested that R & D organization should introduce and cultivate comprehensive talents and professional talents,and optimize the environmental conditions.
