With the vigorous development of the Internet economy,upgrading of industrial structure and adjustment,our country enterprise is facing great opportunities and challenges of development and talent development is an important support of enterprise development,human capital is the core capital in the future enterprise competition,only by constantly absorbing and cultivate more talents,constantly develop the creativity and enthusiasm of employees,can improve enterprise personnel's ability and quality,improve the value of human capital for enterprises to ensure the enterprises to create higher values in the Internet age.Enterprise training,as an important part of enterprise human capital construction and enterprise human resource management,is an effective means for enterprises to realize human capital transformation.However,many modern enterprises due to the lack of attention,don't want to investment,management training system design scientific,reasonable,makes the enterprise training cannot achieve the desired effect,in order to better realize the sustainable development of enterprises and employees,set up reasonable enterprise staff training system in the current priority.Through the literature,this article first elaborates the related theory,find out the HRBP training system and the traditional HR management mode under the mode of training system of the differences and relations,so as to find out building HRBP mode of training system related theory.At the same time,it is not hard to find,HRBP management mode in our country is still belong to the early stage,for HRBP how to become a modern enterprise management mode in enterprise practice the research direction of traditional HR hasn't form a system,so in order to the rapid development of our country's retail industry HRBP help to training mode optimization and improvement,based on the foreign famous clothing retail BS company to conduct the thorough research to the typical cases,using literature research,case study and questionnaire investigation,diagnosis was studied for the BS company training of the existing problems,and from architecture,training needs,training implementation and implementation,training effect evaluation analysis,summed up the BS company has training structure is not reasonable,lagging demand investigation,training,implementation of means and methods of the single,the lack of the mechanism of ground track after problems.In clear BS company existing problems in training system,combined with the company development strategy,organization structure,enterprise culture,such as background,this paper,by means of theoretical analysis combined with actual situation,and advances some Suggestions on optimizing.First,by adjusting the organizational structure of the enterprise,it clarifies the rights and responsibilities of relevant personnel in the training posts,and fully mobilizes and exerts its subjective initiative;The second is to optimize the training process,so as to make training demand survey,training product development,training implementation and training evaluation more reasonable and effective.Angle of the training system under the expected by HRBP after optimization,the training system to personal career development and enterprise performance goals to achieve the combination of both for employees to individual development and the ability to develop for a long time,and can quickly help BS company performance goals to achieve,talent and enterprise under the scientific and reasonable training system to realize win-win.At the same time,the improved training system can provide reference for enterprises with similar needs.
