The Research On The Financial System Of SaaS Model And Its Application To Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

MIIT,the Ministry of Industry and information Technology of the People’s Republic of China,established the document-《Promoting the development plan of small and medium sized enterprises(2016-2020)》in July,2016.This document mentions the intricate and complex situation of domestic and foreign economic development,and the transformation of the development stage,which makes economic development enter’New Normal’.During the "Thirteen Five-Year Plan" period,the small and medium sized enterprises have been facing greater challenges.We should popularize the information products and services that are appropriate for the small and medium sized enterprises,boost the application of the Internet and information technology in the many aspects including manufacturing,operating management,etc.We should also support the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve efficiency and benefits via information technology.There exist some problems in the information construction of the small and medium enterprises in the aspects of personnel understanding,comprehensive quality and expenditure.The financial system of SaaS model can provide the basis for small and medium enterprises to carry out the management accounting information with low cost and high efficiency.This research summarizes the related literatures and research achievements at home and abroad,analyzes the successful cases of applying the financial system of SaaS model for small and medium sized enterprises,explores ways and means of SaaS mode financial system to solve the problem of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises.In the research,it exposes the pain points of the enterprise under the traditional financial management mode,the difficulties of enterprise cost management and the problems of the financial informatization.In this paper,1366 questionnaires were used to interview the related finance department,IT department and department managers using SaaS financial system,and based on the real data and application cases of the users’ feedback from 2 million small and medium-sized enterprises in a SaaS system.This paper explores the using of SaaS financial system by analyzing the variation before and after the using the application of the system,financial and business management,cost savings and other perspectives.Although there are still some problems in the enterprises practice,SaaS financial system as a whole has played an important role in improving the management of small and medium-sized enterprises,mainly reflected in the following three aspects:First,the controllable cost of enterprises is well controlled through the SaaS financial system.Second,after using the SaaS financial system,the process is reformed,which improves the efficiency of expenses and reimbursement,and strengthens the control of enterprise cost management.Thirdly,Business and finance are deeply integrated.This indicates that the Data collected from SaaS financial system plays a certain role in business analysis.It can be seen that SaaS financial system has the significance of popularization for small and medium-sized enterprises.The small and medium-sized enterprises can learn from the data and cases in this paper,find suitable ways and approaches for their own situations,and improve their management level effectively.
