Research On Models And Key Technologies Of SaaS System For SMEs Informationization

The paper is just on the base of the research programs sponsored by Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, aimed to research on the key technologies of SaaS platform, which provides reference and support for the building of SaaS platform.Informationization is one of the effective ways for the small and moderate enterprises (SMEs) of China to improve the ability to innovate and compete during the global competition. However, because of the shortages of SMEs, they did not make a big progress during the process of SMEs informationization. SaaS(Software as a Service) breaks the traditional mode of software service, via the Internet, SaaS provider could provide all kinds of application service to enterprises by the way of rent, so it could lower the risk of implementing informationization, and help to improve working efficiency, strength management quantity and reduce operating costs. In the progressively competitive market, SaaS could help software enterprise to develop as well as provide an available solution to informationize for SMEs.Starting from the present state of SMEs informationization of China, the definition and service model of SaaS, and analyzes demand and market of SaaS have been discussed in the paper, especially some key technologies of creating a SaaS system, such as application security technology, database model and it's optimization, concurrent control of database and etc. The paper also implements the techniques in the platform of Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005, so the feasibility of development method and the practicality of the software have been proved. In order to test the instance, the author has imitated the running. Besides, the author has studied the development prospect and trend of SaaS, all the author has done will lay a solid foundation and be a helpful trying for the further discussion and study for SaaS.
