| The popularization of information technology has greatly improved the management efficiency of enterprises.By collecting and managing process data,enterprises can analyze all kinds of information to help enterprises optimize management efficiency and improve their competitiveness.Management software plays an indispensable role in enterprise management.However,with the rapid development,enterprise management requires more efficiency and cost less.Limited by technology,funds,personnel etc.especially for SBM,Enterprises have a lot of difficulties in the application of management software.SaaS model will break these barriers.Compared with mature markets,china's SaaS market has just started.Starting from the general characteristics of SaaS market,this paper conducts comparative analysis from theoretical research,market subjects,market environment and market opportunities.Through analysis author found that the domestic SaaS is more focused on individual services market.We should stimulate more experts and industry entrepreneurs who with mature management experiences to join the enterprise service market.In fourth and fifth chapter,the author use YLD company as an example,analysis how the SaaS + ITIL product improve SMB's management in the IT operations management.Confirmed that SaaS + industry application method is feasible and valuable for start a new business.The conclusion is using the SaaS + industry application model to launch a SaaS solution will break the market management difficulties,and meet the demands of SMB,this way will be the one of the important ways to narrow the gap between the Chinese and foreign SaaS market.At the end of the paper,author summarized the research results and pointed out the existing problems and future research directions.The results of this paper are as follows: research the characteristics of Saa S market from the perspective of enterprise users;and provide the reference method to start a SaaS business in the enterprise service domain. |
