The Performace Analysis Of Merge And Acquisition Of Medical Appratus And Instruments Companies

In the past decades, Chinese medical apparatus and instrument industry has form a set of complete product hierarchy. However the industry concentration is much more disperse than that of developed countries. Since the new medical policy implementation, more and more companies have involved in M&A cases and the target companies vary from domestic companies to overseas companies. This is marking that Chinese companies are realizing the internationalization and diversification through M&A.This thesis selects 2 typical Companies L and S as research objects to introduce the background, business operation and financials. Secondly, the thesis introduces the M&A cases of the 2 companies and qualitative analysis Last but not least, the thesis calculates the companies' value via cash-flow module and price multiplier value module to perform the quantitative analysis. Besides, the thesis adds 2 more research objects Company X and Company Y to analyze the M&A performance to further strengthen the conclusion of the thesis. Hope the thesis could provide some insights about M&A in medical industry.
