Research On The Optimization Of The Production Process Of Press Based On Value Stream Mapping

Along with the development of market economy,the material demand was becoming more and more diversified and personalized.Therefore,the Japanese famous company Toyota put forward Lean Production Theory to guide production for enhances productivity and meets various needs firstly.The starting point of the Lean Production Theory is the next process or customer demands.In the process of providing corresponding products and corresponding services for the next process or customer,make the production links divided into two categories:value-added and non-value-added,meanwhile,put the value stream map introduce into the lean production process,which as a useful method.Through the introduced value stream map and value stream analysis,to search situation of the value addition and decrease of the complete supply chain from suppliers to production plants and customers,and through various theories?tools and practical experience of lean production to intervene and adjust the value stream,that the aim is to reduce cost?control the production process strictly?grasp the production beat.Those methods is in order to achieve the standard delivery time and provide qualified products to meets the demand of customer,and also to achieve the purpose of strengthening the enterprise competitiveness and gain more benefit.This paper through research and analysis the production process of the press equipment use the method of the lean production theory and industrial engineering operation optimization.The JDM Company is an air-conditioning radiator manufacturer.Firstly,selecting the main product of JDM—the Press Machine,and then find out the key parts of the equipment—the main bearing slide,and through reorganization detailed,it would to find out the longest?most repeatedly and most confusing procedure in the production process,and then to decompose analyze and optimize for redesign the production process.According to the optimized the results and through drawing a new method of value stream maps,those to achieve the purpose of shorten the production process and avoid unnecessary time consuming and shortening the delivery time.The practice can prove that through the value stream map analysis technology can achieve the purpose of improve the efficiency of enterprise production,the theory of value is the most practical tool for the company to practice and implement the lean production,and is worthy of reference and big promotion for all manufacturing companies.
