Research On Performance Evaluation Of Reverse Supply Chain In Low Carbon Economy

Under the low-carbon economy,countries continuously improve relevant laws,introduce various related systems and measures,regulate corporate behaviors,and make consumers' value orientations change accordingly.Low-carbon consumption patterns have gradually become the main consumption patterns.At the same time,companies have to pay attention to their own low-carbon operating models with upstream and downstream companies in the supply chain.Among them,improving the effectiveness of reverse supply chain operations under low-carbon economy has become a major issue that must be faced in business operations.However,the construction of a reverse supply chain performance evaluation index system under a low-carbon economy and the selection of scientific methods for evaluation can promote the effectiveness of reverse supply chain operations under a low-carbon economy.Therefore,this article aims at the characteristics and framework of the reverse supply chain in the low-carbon economy,combines the theoretical methods of operation management with economics,operations research and other ideas,and studies the reverse supply chain performance,aiming at the actual supply chain in the reverse.Provide theoretical support for operations and performance evaluation.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)A literature review of related domestic and foreign research projects,starting from the aspects of reverse supply chain,low-carbon supply chain performance,and reverse supply chain performance,studies the performance evaluation of reverse supply chain under low-carbon economy.Through the comparative analysis of each evaluation model and evaluation method,combined with its advantages and disadvantages and practicality,the appropriate evaluation model and evaluation method were selected.(2)Construct a performance evaluation index system for reverse supply chain under low-carbon economy,and according to the coefficient of variation and cluster analysis,according to the representativeness and reliability of the index,select the indicator for the primary selection.The indicator system is reliable and comprehensive,streamlined and representative.(3)For the core enterprises in the manufacturing supply chain,select small and medium-sized enterprises that implement reverse supply chains,use the reverse supply chain performance evaluation system under the low-carbon economy,and use the DEAP2.1 software to analyze and calculate the companies.Visually judge the current operating results of the company,and at the same time clearly reflect the company's target value and value to be improved,and provide reference strategies and approaches for improving the company's reverse supply chain performance.
