The Integrated Performance Appraisal System Research Of Reverse Supply Chain

Since 1990s, along with the "mass production" generated "a lot of waste", what has becomes an important cause in resource depletion and environmental pollution. How humans "reutilized",for recycling of the waste and treat waste landfill products, to alleviate resource consumption and environmental pollution, become widespread thinking and the hot issues. In this context, Reverse supply chain is gaining more and more attention, for the traditional linear manufacturing mode to a large extent departure from recycled mode which with advanced resource reuse and environmental protection. As supply chain more extensive application, the competition will be not only based on the cost, time, technology, quality and other single index of the competition, but on the whole performance. Therefore, the comprehensive performance evaluation system research of RSC has a strong necessity.This paper analysised on domestic and international research literature of supply chain and reverse supply chain, sorted the supply chain and the reverse supply chain performance evaluation system and method, based on the circulation economic theory, product more life cycle theory, corporate social responsibility theory, according to the purpose, such as integrity, comprehensiveness and highlight the principles of KPI establishes the reverse supply chain comprehensive performance evaluation index system. Respectively from the financial performance, reverse process performance, customer service performance, environmental performance and the future development of these four aspects of 21 indexes on the measure. First through the questionnaire, the 21 index concentration, discrete level and coordination degree is verified. Through this, removed one of the indexes which summarized the indicator system to twenty indicators. But for reverse supply chain which is a complex system, each indicator take a different degree influence on its performance, if don't taken this into consideration, it will affect the entire reverse supply chain performance evaluation of the reliability and practicability. Based on this, the paper for the factors influencing the reverse supply chain performance evaluation of comprehensive main influence factors, is put forward based on factor analysis of performance evaluation model, put forward the principle of factor analysis is applied to reverse supply chain comprehensive performance evaluation of new ideas. The first use of fuzzy set-valued statistic method of the index system cannot precisely measure indicators evaluation analysis, which can make the analytical data more accord with the objective reality. Then according to the principle of factor analysis was carried out, which confirm the original variables for analysis whether suits to do a factor analysis, structure factor variables, rotating method makes factor variables is more explicable, calculating factor variable scoring and explain factor etc steps, got the reverse process and development (F1), customer service performance factor (F2), financial performance factor (F3) three factors, of every factor contains a number of initial indicator. So far, this paper established the reverse supply chain comprehensive performance evaluation system of the factor analysis model. On the basis of the above, this evaluation system and model in five enterprise concrete application of evaluation and analysis, this paper puts forward each enterprise should improve the direction and countermeasure.The innovation points of this paper mainly lie in:first, summarized and appraisaled the reverse supply chain related theory systematically,aim to laying a theoretical foundation for the future research of the reverse supply chain. Second, based on lots of positive reference supply chain performance evaluation and reverse supply chain case performance evaluation system and evaluation method, proposed the system for reverse supply chain performance evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation method.
