Performance Appraisal Research On Supply Chain Of Home Appliances Under Low-carbon Economy

Home appliance industry has many characteristics like small batch production, product diversity, sales method diversification, and high energy consumptions, etc. Facing the serious challenges of domestic and overseas market competition, home appliance industry has to vigorously implement the strategy of supply chain management and carry out the "low carbon" product research. Performance evaluation of home appliance supply chain not only contributes to evaluate effects on the operation of home appliance supply chain, but it also promotes the coordinated development of economic efficiency and environment protection of enterprises in supply chain.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials and summary of these research results, this thesis analysed the present situation of home appliance industry,as well as performance evaluation of low carbon supply chain at home and abroad. Then combined with the characteristics of home appliance, the thesis discussed the performance evaluation of home appliance supply chain under the low-carbon economic environment. According to the advantages of SCOR model and Balanced Score Card, it designed corresponding evaluation system on supply chain performance. The system is comprehensive which containes5dimensionalities, they are economic efficiency, customer service, internal operation of supply chain, the future development and lowcarbon green, and29secondary indexes. On the base of all existing comprehensive evaluation methods, the thesis chose the Delphi method to determine judgement matrix, AHP to calculate the weight of indexes, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to count the membership of indexes, and method of weighted mean to calculate final result.In the end, a home appliance manufacturer, for instance, showed that the system this thesis designed was effective.
