Under The Perspective Of Low Carbon Power Supply Enterprise Operating Performance Evaluation System Of Research

In the face of the coming of economic globalization,"low carbon economy" is no longer a simple slogan,is turned into a global economic revolution,fundamentally alternatives to traditional model of economic growth.Therefore,in advocating low-carbon economy big background,the original power supply enterprise operating performance evaluation system has been unable to adapt to the development of low carbon economy strategic pattern,so the power supply enterprise must through the establishment of low carbon development environment under the new performance evaluation system to promote the continuous improvement of the enterprise business performance,reduce the enterprise operational risk,increase enterprise earnings,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,save enterprise resources,promote the development of low carbon economy better and faster.This paper firstly discusses the practical significance of developing low-carbon economy from two aspects: market economy and government regulation.For power supply enterprise operating performance evaluation system always studies,and from the angle of economics,management,supply and demand,performance evaluation theory,put forward to developing low carbon economy such as the instruction,optimize the urgency and necessity of the power supply enterprise operating performance evaluation system.Secondly,based on the balanced scorecard as an example,the construction of low carbon perspective under the basic framework of the power supply enterprise operating performance evaluation system,and according to the low carbon economy under the background of enterprise operating performance evaluation system should have the characteristics,choose corresponding indicators,and through the way of questionnaire survey on the weight of each index of widely consult expert advice,according to different target given to the importance of the corresponding points,and according to the survey results using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight of each index.Finally,in this paper,the low carbon economy under the background Through the study of this article,in order to promote the power supply enterprise to develop low carbon production mode as soon as possible into the enterprise goal,offers a new thinking for the sustainable development of the power supply enterprise and using for reference.
