BPR (Business Process Reengineering) is a important task in today's academia. Process means a series of special work which only has one starting point, one end and has specific import resource and output result. Reengineering means analyzing and redesigning process in order to obtain great improvements in each index. The idea immediately swept Occident's enterprises, once it had been mentioned. As a precious and riskful systemic project, the actualization of BPR must guided by scientific methodology. In these methods, modeling and optimizing is the most important. This paper do a lot of job in the research above problems, especially using Petri nets to make modeling and analyzing in order to guide this project.The paper consists of five parts:Chapter one summarizes the conceptions of BPR and analyzes the actuality and problems of it.Chapter two discusses the essence of the process in order to design the process.Chapter three discusses the feasibility of using Petri nets to modeling and the advantage of the Petri nets. |
