With the new technology reform ever-changing, the corporation business environment has changed significantly. In the context of globalization, the three elements which impact the modern corporation are customers, change and competition. The "3C" of the market environment makes it difficult for the traditional corporation management mode to gain advantage in the new market environment. In order to adapt to this changing situation, many corporation adopt many advanced manufacturing modes and management methods, such as agile manufacturing, concurrent engineering, just-in-time manufacturing, total quality management, flexible manufacturing systems, and so on. To a certain extent, these advanced modes have promoted the development of the enterprise, but do not make the enterprise operation mode get a real substantive change. Therefore, in today's volatile market competition environment, how to meet the demand of diverse customer for different product and the requirement of enterprise for sustainable development by the fastest speed, the best quality, the lowest cost, the best service and the cleanest environment is the challenge which today's enterprises are facing, enterprises are clearly feeling the market pressure, which makes corporations recognize changing the business mode is the most fundamental, the entrepreneurs must seek a new survival way to gain breakthrough. In order to achieve continued growth, the enterprises are bound to use new business rules to guide. At this moment, change becomes the only survival way of the corporation, so business process reengineering has emerged. However, because of the high degree of management complexity, the impact of the corporation scope, as well as the high cost of implementing of the business process reengineering project, which makes it be full of risk and have high failure rate, in order to reduce the risk of BPR, measure and predict the performance of the process after being reengineered and provide the senior managers with quantitative basis for making decision to implement the optimal new process which has been selected, there is a new trend, that is, using business process simulation in the design and evaluation phases of the reengineering project. Simulation is an effective tool to characterize the system and provide means for assessing the potential results which depend on the change of the environment variables. With simulation technology, the corporation is able to analysis and compare its possible influence before implementing the reengineering scheme, thus to reduce the high-risk priority of BPR. Significantly, the characteristic (Being able to evaluate reengineering scheme before implementing) which simulation has makes it as an ideal tool for reducing the high failure rate of BPR project. Therefore, this article combines business process reengineering theory.with modeling and simulation method, carries out business process optimization study for the maintenance service business process, puts forward the business process reengineering system and methods which are fit for the service-oriented enterprise.First, the paper puts forward the business process reengineering framework based on searching for the study status quo of business process reengineering and analyzing the correlated business process reengineering theory, which includes seven steps:①Vision and objectives creation;②Core process identification;③Current processes analysis;④Innovative reengineering;⑤Evaluate new processes;⑥New process selection;⑦Transformation and implementation. Eventually, the above steps will be repeated periodically in accordance with the change of company's strategy or the market environment so as to provide continuous improvement. Then, selecting the Petri net as business process reengineering modeling tool, modeling and analyzing the general maintenance service business process, and introducing one specific computer maintenance service business process, conducting the Petri net modeling analysis, after verifying the validity of the model, this paper taking into account the win-win of the customer and enterprise, selects the service cycle time, resource utilization rate and system output rate as the simulation parameters, uses Arena simulation software as a simulation tool, conducting the initial simulation of the computer maintenance service business process Petri net model which has been built, finding out the current problems of the computer maintenance service business process by analyzing the simulation result, and proposing improvement measures. In this paper, we adopt three kinds of business process optimization strategies (the simulation and optimization based on improving the customer satisfaction; the simulation and optimization based on the win-win of the customer and enterprise; and the business process simulation and optimization after the introduction of stochastic situation) to conduct the simulation and optimization analysis of the computer maintenance service business process and compare the optimization process performance with the original process separately. Finally, we obtain one business process which takes into account the interests of both enterprise and customer and also can operate efficiently. This process, under certain conditions, has shortened the service cycle time, integrated the allocation of resource of the various departments, heightened the enterprise resource utilization rate, and ultimately make this business process operate highly efficiently, have one higher output rate, achieve the goal of the win-win of the corporation and the customer. Finally, some problems to be discussed in future are pointed out based on summarizing the works done in this paper.
