Research On The Impact Of Science And Technology Service Industry On Entrepreneurial Vitality Of High Technology Zones

In recent years,the rapid development of science and technology service industry(STSI)in China has effectively promoted the integration of science and technology and economy,became one of the most active and fast developing industries.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and main formats of technology service industry,this paper puts forward theoretical perspectives that "one of the main functions of STSI is promoting entrepreneurship".Consulting index of entrepreneurial activity of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor International(GEM),the paper selects "the new enterprise accounting for the amount of enterprise" as the index of measuring the entrepreneurial activity.Through the descriptive analysis,the paper finds the similar trend between entrepreneurial activity and development of STSI in Hi-tech Zone.On this basis,this paper uses the theory of entrepreneurial ecosystem and the entrepreneurial process,combines with the study of entrepreneurship literature review,builds framework and puts forward the hypothesis "the more developed STSI is,the more active of entrepreneurship",and points out that the main formats of STSI promoting entrepreneurship are research and development,technology transfer,technology business incubator and the financial services industry.This paper first analyzes the mechanism of STSI promoting entrepreneurship theoretically,summarizes it as the process of innovation and industrialization,and explains it from three levels:format level,service level and entrepreneurial level.Among them,(1)Through playing the role of "innovation bridge" and the function of resource integration,the research and development service promotes entrepreneurship;(2)Technology transfer service focuses on transformation of technological achievements and innovative talents;(3)Business incubator service builds the whole chain incubation services to promote the growth of enterprises;(4)The science and technology finance promotes financial services of "equity + debt",gets through the flow access of money and solves financial constraints of enterprises.Then,the paper constructs a panel regression mode to carry out an empirical test.The results show that:(1)STSI has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial activity of high-tech zones,but there is a significant difference in different formats,which the effect the coefficient of incubator service and technology financial service are largest;(2)STSI to promote entrepreneurship appears regional heterogeneity,the eastern high-tech zone entrepreneurial activity is significantly higher than the middle or western high-tech zone.Finally,the article puts forward policy recommendations for developing science and technology service industry and opening up the channel of technology entrepreneurship channels:developing R&D activities for market demand,building a unified technology trading market,and developing incubator service and technology financial service,etc.
