Study On The Construction And Development Path Of The System Of Science And Technology Financial Services In Hefei High-tech Zone

The integration of technology and financial has become a dominant force of changing modern production and life. Achieving technological innovation depends on the support of financial innovation. We should give full play to the leading role of High-tech SMES, and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode. Therefore,we shold insisit to the government-led and give full play to all aspects enthusiasm of other financial institutions, industry organizations and businesses and better integrate technology and finance to build a system of Science and Technology Financial Service, which has a vital effect to solve the financing problems of High-tech SMEs.This article is based on the analysis of current situation of High-tech SMEs financing questionnaire which are in Hefei High-tech Zone, and has systematic study of the development status of the Hefei High-tech Zone of Science and Technology Financial Services.It has three aspects,which includs the basic overview of Hefei High-tech Zone, High-tech SMEs financing situation in the region and Science and Technology Financial Service System andso on. Then we use SWOT analysis to determine the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Science and Technology Financial Service of Hefei High-tech Zone. We construct the basic framework of Science and Technology Financial Service of Hefei High-tech Zone currently. Finally, we are based on The main problems which are the system in all aspects of financial products and services model innovation, corporate financing and personnel construction, and combine the present financing situation of high-tech SMEs,then put forward the corresponding development path.
