The seventeen session of the Fifth Plenum clearly put forward the strategic task of the development of modern industrial system. Innovation service industry will provide the core technology research and development support. After years of development, Chengdu hi-tech Zone began the third wave of entrepreneurship. The development of service industry is high-tech zone’s priority, but the service industry covers a wide range, how to choose the right one in service industry and analyzes the existing problems and gives the corresponding countermeasure is important work at present. Chengdu hi-tech Zone has gathered abundant resources to adapt to the innovation of system and mechanism innovation, the entrepreneurship and development environment of Hi-tech industry has been preliminarily formed. However, compared with the domestic advanced hi-tech Zone, there are still many gaps in some respects in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone.This paper adopts diamond Model, analysis method, comparative analysis to analysis the development and current situation of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone service industry.Firstly, this paper briefly discusses the reasons of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone focus on the Innovation of science and technology service industry, followed by analysis of the development status of domestic hi-tech Zone Innovation service system and issues, then in-depth analysis of innovation of science and technology service industry of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, finally put forward the countermeasure of development of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone innovation of science and technology service industry.
