Research On The Relationship Between Cognitive Ability And Safety Performance Of High Speed Railway Drivers

With the?The 13th Five-Year Plan for railway development?of the dust settles,the development of China's high-speed railways ushered in the journey and new opportunities.It is expected that by 2020,the mileage of high speed rail will reach 30 thousand kilometers.As the "main force" for the safe operation of high-speed trains,drivers of high-speed railways are faced with the rapid development of high-speed railways,rapid technological upgrading and increased safety operations.Their good psychological quality and cognitive ability are the vital factors which ensure their safely driving trains and safely operation.Based on this,this paper studies and discusses the impact of high-speed railway drivers on cognitive ability,safety climate and safety performance.Drivers of high speed railway as the research object,analysis from the perspective of empirical cognitive ability of the group's overall level and content structure,clarify the effect of cognitive ability and the dimensions of the overall safety performance,verify the safety climate role in mediating the relationship between cognitive ability and safety performance,providing personal and organizational management reference for high cognitive ability the driver and the railway bureau group company,put forward to improve the cognitive ability and promote the safety performance of the proposal.On the basis of theoretical analysis,based on the cognitive ability,safety climate,safety performance and high speed railway driver(train driver)and summarizes the related literature,to determine the high speed railway driver cognitive ability measurement,safety performance,safety climate questionnaire.To obtain the original data in field research,using statistical methods for data processing and analysis,explore the influence mechanism of high speed railway driver cognitive ability on safety performance study found that cognitive ability to predict the performance and learning,attention,complex reaction ability,and memory and working stability of safety performance has a positive predict,but the speed of prediction on safety performance prediction effect does not exist.Safety climate regulation verification,safety atmosphere play a positive role in the relationship between cognitive ability and safety performance,the relationship between cognitive ability and the dimensions of safety performance,the moderating effect of relationship only attention,complex reaction capacity and safety performance.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,we put forward suggestions for improving the cognitive ability from the driver level,that is,we should emphasize the improvement and maintenance of cognitive ability,improve the safety climate perception and enhance the self adjustment ability.From the aspect of organization,we put forward some suggestions to optimize drivers' cognitive ability and safety performance of high speed railway,such as competency oriented job matching,on-the-job management,improving safety climate and regular psychological counseling.
