Research On Risk Management Of Port Supply Chain

With the advancement of global econom ic integration process and the popularization of virtual network,the logistics industry and the supply chain are at high development stage,and the port supply chain com es into being.Be cause of the com plex structure of the port supply chain,the unpredictability of change s in the environm ent,the nodal business managers do not concentrate on the risks prob lems but only pursue the profit,and other reasons,the port supply chain becomes more fragile that increased the possibility of damage influence by different risk.Once the real risks come,the damage and loss that cause to the port supply chain are irreparabl e and unpredictable.Therefore,it is significant to study the risk management of port supply chain.This thesis first analyzes the present situation and trend of port supply chain in China,the structure and characteristics of port s upply chain and supply chain risk,and the necessity and process of management of port supply chain risk,and clarifies the theoretical basis of the paper.Then,this thesis compares the risk identification method of supply chain and selects the m ethod of com bing discs and Delphi m ethod as the risk identification method for this thesis.The port supply chain inte rnal and external two aspects of the risk factors are analyzed in literature review part.The Delphi method is adopted in different port supply chain key risk factors to determ ine the way to clear.Based on the clear analysis of the risk factors of the port supply chain,the risk assessment index system of the port supply chain is determined,and the variable risk model is established.The risk control strategies of the port supply chain is concluded from the perspective of reducing th e possibility of risk occurrence and reducing the loss that caused by the risks.Finally,the empirical research is carried out to determine the key factors of the port supply chain in Dalian Port.Then the variable risk element method is used to evaluate the key risk factors of Dalian Port.The evaluation scores of the six first-level indicators are figured out to evaluate the risk level of port supply chain in Dalian Port for drawing the final result.According to the final results,this thesis analyzes the risk s ituation of port supply chain in Dalian Po rt and puts forward some concrete control measures.
