Research On The Supplier Selection In The Supply Chain Management Environment

Procurement is very important in the industrial activities, and without procurement, nothing can be carried out in the enterprise. In the post, the enterprise and its suppliers are in the relationship of confrontation rather than cooperation. Now with the information technology-based supply chain management, enterprises should make their core competencies and establish strategic relations of cooperation with their suppliers, sharing information, and made a win-win situation. So, how to choose suitable suppliers, and establish a strategic cooperation relationship is an important problem. Procurement is related to the economic and industrial technology management research areas, and it is also a focusing concern for study in recent years.This paper summarizes the research fruit of international suppliers the systematically analyzes the suppliers that in the in the supply chain management environment. The first part is the basic evaluation and selection theory of the supplier evaluation and selection system.It outlined the theory expounded on the supply chain management environment vendors background and definition, then proposes the establishment of supply chain management environment supplier relationships significance. The second part is the innovative spots, this part. We innovate and improve the system of selection and evaluation of the suppliers choice from the constriction of index system and selection model. We subdivide the index system of evaluation and selection of suppliers into four evaluation index level and in order to enjoy the optimized effect what we do on the evaluation model is that we take AHP access to the target weight, and use change rights combination theoretical evaluation method for evaluating vendors, and ultimately selected the appropriate vendor. Finally we demonstrate a case to show the construction of system of selection and evaluation of suppliers to realize the transfer from theory to practice. This paper suggests a feasible way to select suppliers, and it could help in the application and development of system of selection of suppliers in local companies.
