| The development of digital economy and e-commerce has put forward higher requirements for the modernization of logistics,coupled with the improvement of the applicability of logistics automation equipment,a "goods to person" warehouse distribution center with high flexibility,fast response speed and low operating costs came into being.Due to the high one-time investment,this kind of warehouse distribution center puts forward extremely high requirements for the reasonable and effective configuration of the "goods to person" picking system in the planning and design stage,so the selection and measurement of the KPIs of the mixed layout "goods to person" picking system is not only conducive to the design and optimization of the warehouse distribution center in the early stage,but also conducive to the operation and evaluation of the later stage.This paper takes the new mixed layout "goods to person" picking system as the research object,with the current study on the idealization of the system congestion situation is different,and analyzes the number of cars in the "goods to person" picking system,the position of the car turnover and the time of the car turnover,and uses Markov theory to quantify the degree of blockage of AGVs in the mixed layout;the analysis of the operation law of the automatic guided car in the system,and establishes the model of the operation parameters of the car;and uses the closed queuing network to comprehensively characterize the system operation state,the system throughput,The equipment utilization rate and workstation utilization rate were selected as system KPIs,finally through the research and numerical simulation of the KPI measurement model,the following laws were found:(1)In the same scenario,the higher the proportion of high density in the mixed layout,the lower the system throughput and workstation utilization rate,but the utilization rate of the car increased with the increase of high density.(2)In the same scenario and mixed ratio,the more the number of shelf groups,the longer the car running time,and the gradual increase in the car utilization rate,but the system throughput and workstation utilization rate have decreased.On the basis of verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the KPI measurement model,the equipment utilization,personnel utilization,system capacity,system throughput and other storage requirements are taken as the restriction conditions,the system cost is taken as the optimization goal,a system optimization model is established,then the optimal mixed layout "goods-to-person" picking system configuration design scheme is sought to meet the current storage demand.Finally,the Eland automated warehousing project in South Korea is used as an example,and the specific application and verification are carried out.The research on the KPI of the "goods-to-person" picking system under the mixed layout has a high degree of guidance for the design and operation of modern warehouse distribution centers,which can be widely used in the field of e-commerce logistics of high-value density goods,and also has a certain impact on the development of the digital economy. |
