Resesrch On The Connotation Of Potential Ability Of High-tech Enterprises From The Perspective Of Niche

In the increasingly complex and competitive environment,the global new round of industrial revolution is accelerating,as an important area of international economic competition,high-tech industry has become the world's most dynamic growth of the economy,the competition between countries depends on the competition of high-tech industry.The local high-tech enterprises are facing"low-end lock","strategic isolation" and other difficulties,forcing them to continuously enhance the enterprise potential to enhance competitiveness.Due to the rapid updating of the high-tech industry technology,the complexity of the external environment,the traditional strategic theory has been unable to solve the competitive behavior of enterprises.This paper,from the perspective of ecology,aims to explore the connotation of high-tech enterprise potential,the potential mechanism of potential enterprises in the process of potential transition,trying to open the black box of the enterprise potential,put forward the potential of enterprises to form a dimension,with a view to local high-tech enterprises to improve the potential.First of all,systematically reviewed from the enterprise niche,dual organization theory,dynamic ability and other related theories and concepts,including the domestic and international research status,analysis of the relationship between the various theories and put forward the "enterprise potential" concept.This paper holds that the enterprise position is the relative position and function of an enterprise in the industry and even the enterprise ecological environment.At the same time,it has two kinds of attributes:"position" and "potential".The "position" includes the position factor and resource factor of the enterprise,"Potential" refers to the location of the effectiveness of the enterprise or for the "bit" of the power and influence.Based on this concept,this paper continues to put forward the concept of "potential capability",that the potential capacity is an ability to reflect the status of enterprises in the industry,is the enterprise in the process of interaction with the formation of the environment,including business potential positioning,Consolidation,transition and a series of potential behavior needs.Secondly,based on the analysis of the constituent elements of the potential capability,the potential capacity is divided into "explorative-potential transition force" and"utilization-potential competency" according to the "exploration-explotation framework" of the dual-organization theory The competency and the transitional force are the constituent dimensions of the potential capability of the firm.The two are not mutually exclusive and exist at the same time,but the complementary or alternative relationship changes with the change of the potential state.In particular,The state focuses on the potential of the transition force on the rise,on the contrary in the high potential of the situation focused on the potential to enhance the potential.Based on the dimension of the first level of potential capability,this paper will continue to open the potential competency and potential transition force.Based on Ritter's "having-doing":"qualification condition-task execution" framework,Competency is divided into "qualification conditions" and "explotative learning",the potential transition force is divided into "timing window" and "explorative learning." Finally,we get the potential dimension dimension model as shown in Figure 3-1.Then,on the basis of the existing research,we make in-depth interviews with Company L and Company B,and through the longitudinal analysis of the process of potential transition of the two enterprises,we can verify the author's potential model of potential capability and verify the hypothesis:Enterprises in the low potential of the state focus on enhancing the potential transition force,on the contrary in the high potential of the situation focused on enhancing the potential compentency.
