Embedded Disposition Condition Under High Technology Enterprise Potential Transtion Ability Of Study

High technology enterprises have plenty of characteristics, such as rapid change of technological trajectory paradigm, rival invisible, fearful technical substitution, continuous expansion of subdivision, etc. There are two stages in the development of high tech industry in China:firstly, accumulation phase of military industry; secondly, after the reform and opening up, attracting foreign investment and market exchange technology. After two stages of development, high technology enterprises have made great progress. But compared with foreign countries, obvious gap exists in many aspects, such as development environment, technical level and enterprise development. Nowadays, high tech enterprises have predicaments such as low-end locking, knowledge blockaded and strategic isolation. High technology enterprises improve potential ability to compete with other enterprises which are forced by embedded competition of technology resource acquisition and local industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper explores the premise condition of high technology enterprises embedded in social networks. Firstly, a systematic study has been made on the present situation of domestic and foreign research, starting from the concepts and research reviews of embed ability, enterprise potential, and potential transition ability. Then, this study puts forward the concept of potential transition capacity of high tech enterprises. Secondly, on the analysis of the potential ability of transition elements, and the basis of the enterprise potential ability to transition into the qualifications---integration of resources ability, task execution---embedded learning ability and timing---timing ability three aspects. Thirdly, on the basis of existing research, this study puts forward a research outline for in-depth interviews. According to the results of interviews and relevant experts, we design preliminary questionnaires. Finally, to issue preliminary questionnaires on a small scale, based on the results of the preliminary questionnaires letter, validity analysis, modify unreasonable item, we conduct large sample questionnaire, testing the validity of the questionnaire, and form a scientific and reasonable scale.Case analysis and literature research has been used to build the dimensions of potential transition capability. On the basis of the measuring scale, we use statistical analysis software such as Spss19.0 and Amosl7.0, testing the proposed scale to avoid the limitations of subjective research methods and guaranteeing the scientific nature of the scale. The systematic study on enterprise potential capacity is appropriate for high technology enterprises, and enhances their potential transition capability.
