Research On The Development Of Lianyungang City Public Transport Infrastructure

Public transport infrastructure plays an important role in the development of our society.People's production and life are inseparable from the public transport infrastructure.It is an important prerequisite for social progress and economic development and an important guarantee for the daily life of the public.Therefore,the realization of public transport infrastructure efficient,fast and healthy development,both to protect the sustainable development of social and economic needs,but also to build a harmonious society necessary requirements.Lianyungang as the East Bridgehead of the Eurasian Continental Bridge,the important intersection of the national "the Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy,the development of public transport infrastructure occupies an important position in social development,not only the necessary of resident life and production activities,but also the driving force and guarantee of Lianyungang's tourism,logistics,industry and other industries.The 18th CPC National Congress proposed to build a service-oriented government with functional science,structural optimization,clean and efficient,and satisfying people.This is also the direction of the development of public transport infrastructure in Lianyungang.This paper first defines the definition and scope of the public transport infrastructure,briefly introduces its characteristics,discusses the relevant theoretical basis of the development of public transport infrastructure construction,introduces the social,economic and public transport infrastructure development of Lianyungang City,and Through the investigation,the literature review method summarizes the problems existing in the development of Lianyungang public transport infrastructure:First of all,the lack of transportation infrastructure supply;Secondly,the city traffic planning is not proper;Thirdly,the public transport infrastructure management efficiency needs to be further improved;It is difficult to raise financing for public transport infrastructure.Combined with public management and other subject knowledge,analysis of the reasons for the difficulties faced.Then,according to these practical problems,combined with the new public management,service-oriented government and other relevant theories and other cities at home and abroad experience,analysis of Lianyungang City's public transport infrastructure development countermeasures:First,change the concept of government management,improve management efficiency;Secondly,improve the legal system,strengthen market supervision;thirdly,to dq a good job of scientific planning,increase scientific and technological innovation;last but not the least,to expand the supply model,promote public-private cooperation.
