Research On The Design Of Two-Stage Delivery Service System Of Bubugao E-Commerce Company

With the rapid development of e-commerce,logistics industry is becoming China's economic construction which playing an increasingly important role.In the rapid development,China's logistics industry is not perfect especially in the courier logistics and logistics terminal integrated service.There are many problems,such as logistics resource scheduling and optimization technology issues,and the logistics terminal delivery technical problems complex environment.Therefore,how to effectively solve the existing problems,reduce the cost of logistics business,improve the efficiency of resource allocation and shorten the delivery time,so as to maximize the efficiency of enterprises has become a major problem which e-commerce companies must solve.Based on the basic situation and the development of logistics and distribution of Bu Bu Gao e-commerce company,through field investigation and research methods,this paper studied the present situation and problems of distribution and delivery service.The existence of these problems has greatly affected the realization of the company's logistics delivery.At the same time,this paper analyzes the demand of distribution service,and establishes the foundation for the design and construction of the two-stage delivery service system,and constructs the service delivery chain from the delivery service,the community-oriented poles.And,on the basis of clarifying the implementation difficulty and risk of the two-level delivery service system,from the aspects of facilities security,technical support and so on,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to implement the two-level distribution delivery service system.This paper puts forward the improvement plan and implementation guarantee of the two-level delivery service based on the deep analysis of the delivery status of the delivery business in the backgammon e-commerce company,which realized the innovation of the business model and m ultinational business cooperation mode.This research not only expand the e-commerce logistics and express logistics service application theory,and provide feasible reference for establishing,implementing and perfecting the two-stage delivery service system of the industry.
