The rapid development of e-commerce has brought the new opportunity for the development of China’s logistics industry. But the logistics industry is far from meeting the needs of e-commerce. The logistics company "ruin" is a concentrated expression of the problem. At the same time, city convenience stores to provide convenient service for corporation, community, train station, and make up gaps in the market for the supermarket and has obtained the fast development. But the services of China’s convenience store services are single, it is limited to the traditional daily life product sales, and the profitability is low, even is in deficit condition for a long time. Convenience stores have outlets and are close to the consumer and other advantages. When the traditional logistics capacity is insufficient with the electronic commerce continues to expand the scale, the convenience stores in China can learn from the successful experience of foreign convenience stores, provide such as send and receive express, as the logistics and distribution point for customer service, realizing harmonious development of convenience stores and logistics express industry.Based on the synergetic theory, personality service theory, introduced under the environment of e-commerce logistics distribution mode, analysis of China’s express delivery industry and convenience stores collaborative development status, advantages and problems, the 7-11 convenience store logistics and distribution system as the object and introduces the successful experience of foreign convenience store, in the electronic commerce logistic demand as a starting point, the design of the convenience store to increase the delivery business, including the convenience store logistics customer needs, convenience store choice, logistics and distribution process, has formed a set of suitable for China’s actual logistics distribution model of convenience store, expanding the convenience store service scope, extension of the logistics distribution service path, to solve the problem of the traditional logistics distribution delay, distribution scope, and "wiki" convenience store in Beijing’s e-commerce distribution as the application cases of the convenience store and express industry collaborative development.This study concluded that the e-commerce environment, convenience stores and the joint development of the logistics industry is to allow convenience stores to become e-commerce distribution terminals, consumers can go directly to the convenience store of the goods, can also act as collection points for goods role. Therefore, convenience stores and coordinated development of the logistics industry is the key to how the design is based on a convenience store distribution model, which requires three areas of work to do, it is necessary to understand the consumer demand in the region, only in understanding the scale of transactions circumstances in order to select the appropriate distribution model. The second is to reasonably determine the location of convenience stores, according to the region’s logistics and distribution needs to choose the right convenience stores as logistics and distribution terminals. Third, the existing e-commerce systems and logistics company’s distribution system reform, to ensure the orderly operation of the system.
