The development and application of information technology,commercial market ushered in an information technology revolution,e-commerce gradually more and more people use and acceptance, will become the future mainstream businessmode, logistics service is the key link in e-commerce, is not electronic, is a part ofelectronic business affairs is indispensable, business success in the electronic commerce, must make logistic plan, select the appropriate mode of logistics, thusforming a huge e-commerce logistics market. As one of the third party logistics enterprises how to select the appropriate development pattern of logistics in theelectronic commerce logistics technology, logistics services for their owndevelopment, improving the logistics operation efficiency and effect, enhance competitiveness, is a key factor in the success of modern third party logistics enterprises. In this paper, through analyzing the choice of e-commerce enterprise logistics mode, especially the B2 C e-commerce logistics in a progressive method and suggestion to optimize upgrade.Based on comprehensive analysis of advanced concepts and techniques of the current logistics, combined with China specific logistics development situation andmarket pattern, with the method of integrating theory with practice, focus onpractice ideas, based on current social and academic general relations and discuss electric main logistics modes: self logistics model, outsourcing logistics mode, logistics alliance mode is analyzed the concrete operation and the advantages and disadvantages, from the advanced international experience and future refinement of social division of labor, the third party logistics mode is the main direction of the future of the industry. The electronic commerce canaccording to their own characteristics and advantages to establish a suitablemode of logistics system of their own, in order to better participate in market competition.This paper analyzes the information is the main feature of B2 C e-commercelogistics, an advanced B2 C electronic commerce logistics system must realize informatization, to achieve full visualization, control, implementation of the logistics information exchange, in the whole supply chain can be. And on the basis of informatization, how to use the valuation statistics principle to design the logistics service level of modern scheme.On the basis of theoretical study, a family of third party logistics and focus on theCM company is relying on the Chinese appliance industry giant, the rapid growth in household appliances logistics market, plan for the future development strategy according to the company, as well as the company’s current resource conditions, for the company’s current logistics system analysis, put forward the company to enter the logistics market of electronic commerce B2 C how to optimize the logistics system at present, the company’s logistics operation more efficient, more reasonable, how to provide better service to the customers,improve the market competitiveness.
