In recent years,China' s real estate has maintained a relatively rapid development momentum,and real estate projects,especially large complex real estate project development,as a result of large volume,long cycle,the risk factors are more affected.In the current real estate market competition is very fierce,if the risk of real estate development process to prevent in advance,no doubt can enhance the market competition ability of real estate developers.This article mainly aims at the risk management of Nanning urban construction group headquarters base project.Based on the research fruits at home and abroad,combined with the current macro environment of real estate developers,the actual situation of Nanning Urban Construction Group's own conditions and projects,the implementation of the project is divided into start,construction,sales of three stages.Take production flow analysis by identifying risk factors,risk assessment on the risk factors identified one by one,mainly adopts the risk sensitivity analysis,investigation and expert scoring method,risk analysis and evaluation method.Finally,the risk control measures and the implementation measures of risk management are put forward.In order to improve the risk management level of the project,this paper also provides some reference and reference for risk management of similar projects.
