In today’s society, the construction of basic infrastructure grew increasing demanding."Construction Project Risk Management", is one of the new sub industry developed within the vast field of construction. There are always potential risks in construction, however risks exists with profits, higher the risk the more profitable it will be. Risks observed in project management are all objective, variance in predictions and outcomes are highly likely to happen, this is the main reason for Risk management to exist. The three main components that makes a risk, the elements of the risk, potential loss and potential risk incidents. These three factors co-exist with each other. It is a key factor, in risk management, a scientific approach is necessary to maximize profit guarantee.In this paper, taking Garbo residential real estate project in Tiedong District of Anshan city as an example, we analyze the risk management problems in the process of implementation of the construction,for more in-depth research and analysis on the existing Garbo residential real estate projects and our country present architectural engineering project risk management research in the field of universality, thus find the largest possible appropriate methods for quantitative analysis of potential risk in the construction of the project, and the preventive measures and control measures of construction projects in the scientific and reasonable risk loss efficient implementation, finally find out the effective ways of avoiding loss can be caused by the project risk factors effectively reduceor.Through field investigation, literature research, qualitative analysis, empirical analysis and other methods, accurate information to fully grasp the Anshan Garbo area in the construction process, relevant knowledge in the field of industry risk management of construction project in our country, research objective and rigorous risk management of construction projects shall be Garbo area, and in this case, the existing field more in-depth study of construction project in our country industry risk management problem, thus put forward the feasible scientific advice, do identification and control of construction project industry better risk, the system risk management of construction project in China’s more perfect.
