In the modern era,human resource is the most valuable resource in all resources is the first resource.In the past,people only emphasize on the management of human resources,ignoring the development of human resources.And the practice of contemporary social and economic development,human resource development,utilization plays a decisive role in the economic development of the people,quality decides the efficiency.The effective total compensation system can realize the enterprise human resources competitive advantage,achieve a balance of interests of enterprises and employees and maximize.This paper firstly introduces the concept of compensation,including compensation meaning,main content,essence and main goal.Then introduce BO company profile and BO On the main problems of our analysis on its present situation and countermeasures,this paper reveals the main problems existing in the salary management of BO company,analyzes the main causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures from different angles,the purpose is to help improve the salary management of BO company,improve business performance and overall competitiveness.
