Under the background of rapid economic development and continuous improvement and popularization of Internet technology,e-commerce industry is favored by traditional enterprises because of its low initial operation cost,flexible operation,wide market scope and low transaction cost.However,due to the lack of flexibility of the traditional enterprise employment mechanism,human resources management system is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the current e-commerce industry,resulting in high turnover rate of employees,low enthusiasm for work and other issues.How to optimize the salary incentive system as the core of human resources management to attract,retain,stimulate the potential of employees and promote the rapid development of enterprises has become an urgent problem for e-commerce enterprises to face and solve.Based on Maslow's theory of demand hierarchy and Herzberg's two-factor theory,this paper analyses the problems and causes of the current incentive system of Miss company through literature research and investigation,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and safeguard measures.Miss the company's current salary incentive system mainly exists in the following problems: weak awareness of human resources,unclear performance evaluation,lack of feedback,unreasonable benefit distribution mechanism,imperfect enterprise training mechanism,lack of career planning of employees,which leads to salary incentive system,non-monetary incentive system and career development.Road and other aspects of satisfaction are relatively low.Combining with the goal and principle of salary incentive optimization,this paper classifies and evaluates the positions of missed companies,and optimizes the salary incentive system according to the local salary level of the same industry.At the same time,the implementation of the above salary incentive scheme can be guaranteed by establishing guarantee system,optimizing organizational structure,enhancing human resource awareness and building enterprise culture.The salary optimization scheme proposed in this paper combines with the actual situationimprove their abilities.of the company,makes the salary management system of the company more scientific and perfect,and plays the role of attracting talents,stabilizing the staff and providing staff work enthusiasm for the enterprise,so as to further guarantee the rapid development of the enterprise.When exploiting the e-commerce market for other food processing enterprises,it provides certain reference and reference for the optimization design of salary management of e-commerce companies.
