As an important part of human resources management,salary administration affects the efficient allocation and uses human capital on the one hand,and determines the efficiency of labour on the other hand.Taking incitement as a lever,salary administration guides the movement of enterprises toward a reasonable direction of human resources in order to achieve rational allocation and use of human resources.After analysis of salary distribution system of LM,combining with the background,the stage of development and the Long-term business strategy objectives of LM,the study found that the current salary scheme still belonged to the category of post wage system.Its category design and application were too rigid and complex.The setting of the salary of some positions was out of step with the labor price of the same regional labor market.The unreasonable salary structure,thinking too much of the accumulated contribution of the employees and unreasonable salary distribution led to low satisfaction of current salary distribution system through the employees,and thus difficult to achieve the intended incentive effect.This thesis carried out the optimization design for the outstanding issues of salary distribution system of LM,including determining the relative value of various positions by means of Hay analysis.According to the results of the evaluation of various positions,the salary distribution structure was adjusted and the situation of focusing on employee instead of position was also changed.After scientific design and reasonable adjustments to the salary structure,the management,the salary distribution project of professional and technical personnel and the specifically proportional distribution were improved.Moreover,the existing salary distribution process and the lack of system were also improved.This thesis foucused on how to use " salary distribution " as a lever to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,stimulate their inherent ability in order to provide LM with a salary allocation scheme to adapt to market competition,social development and sustainable development of enterprises.Meanwhile it developed a salary distribution system for the reference of similar state-owned enterprises,and also provided lessons for enterprises facing with similar problems.
