Z Company Development Strategy Research

During the 13 th five-year plan period,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have an important period of strategic opportunities.The new central collective leadership to assess the situation,plan,global grand strategy to build a well-off society in an all-round way,the country's economic conditions good for a long time,the implementation of the reform of the "supply side",promote the industrial structure and consumption structure upgrade.The international and domestic chemical industry is recovering,and the demand for fine chemicals continues to rise.On the other hand,the domestic economic slowdown,chemical products competitive.Based on the opportunity and challenge,this text set about from the Z company development present situation,by using relevant theories of strategic management,use of PEST,porter five analysis model,analyzed internal and external environment of the company.Through deep research and analysis this paper argues that the basis of Z company production management is good,but there is the main raw material shortage,high cost,capital pressure,etc.The factors affecting the threat to the healthy development of the enterprise,the unclear orientation of the development planning,expansion of the original development brings the problems such as resources scattered.Z company should seize the opportunity,highlight the main industry,scientifically plan,rationally carry out strategic positioning,and formulate appropriate development strategy plan,so as to promote steady and rapid development of enterprises.In this paper,on the basis of in-depth study,according to the development strategy framework design steps,build for Z company for the development of strategic planning,and put forward the adapted in the process of strategic planning and implementation of security measures,for the development of the company has a certain practical guiding significance.
