According to the principle of management,the managers of historical and cultural blocks should make full and rational use of the space and cultural resources to achieve the goals of tourism planning and the business.The“geographical gene" of a historical and cultural block refers to people’s cognition,grasping and subjective response to the environmental factors(such as material environmental factors and cultural factors)that affect the formation and development of the historical and cultural block.The geographical genes of Chengnan historical and cultural blocks are divided into five major types of geographical genes:street space,commercial format,folk culture,architectural style and landscape facilities.Based on the theories of tourist satisfaction and geographical gene,the theoretical framework of this study.the collected questionnaire data were analyzed through the SPSS20.0 statistical software.An analysis of variance in the data led to the following conclusion:Tourists’ educational attainment scores significantly affect geographical gene variables,and tourist motivation can significantly affect geographic gene awareness.After analyzing the data,it was found that the five kinds of regional gene influence variables have a significant impact on the tourists’ satisfaction,and the tourists’ satisfaction is highly correlated with the tourists’ loyalty.After the regression analysis of the data,it was found that the influence of street space,commerce and folk culture on the tourists’satisfaction is significant,and the tourists’ satisfaction will significantly impress tourists’ loyalty.The objective analysis of various types of regional genetic variables were carried out,especially in the area of street space,commerce and folk culture,and found that the following problems existed in the geographical genes in Chengnan historical and cultural blocks.The streets are monotonous;the interior of the interior pedestrian block is not coherent;no open or diversified open area;the proportion of street interfaces is not reasonable.Homogenization of goods is more serious,the store business scene lacks sense of history and experience.Folk culture in a single form,infiltration is not strong;blocks of old and new elements are not integrated,landscape facilities lack of humanistic care.These problems not only widened the psychological gap of tourists,reduced the tourists’satisfaction,but also made the ancient streets lose their historical authenticity and distinctive personalities.According to the appeals of tourists,the author gives a series of suggestions for optimization:1.To enrich the changes in the street space and create a positive space to optimize the street intention;2.To rationally plan the commercial format and improve the store management The participation of commercial activities;3.Enrich the form of folk culture to enhance publicity;4.Highlight the history and culture of buildings to improve the aesthetic block;5 to enhance the humanistic care of landscape facilities.Through these optimization measures to meet the diverse needs of tourists,highlighting the unique geographical culture of historical and cultural blocks,improve tourist satisfaction,thereby enhancing the loyalty of tourists.
