1965 Cardozo introducing the concept of customer satisfaction in the marketing field for the first time.since then,Gradually attention by the governments,the satisfaction of the customer satisfaction index model of research also became very hot and frontier topic of academic.Subsequently,the scholars study of customer satisfaction index model and ACSI model applied to the more widely.The satisfaction research is focused on the manufacturing industry and service industry;researching on tourism are mainly focused on the hotel and transportation service industry,Studies of tourism scenic tourist satisfaction started relatively late,lack of in-depth study on tourism scenic tourist satisfaction index model,cspecially the historical and cultural blocks as a new tourist attraction,the lack of in-depth study of its satisfaction.Commercial street integrated,professional and social needs,it sets business,catering,culture,leisure and tourism as one of the commercial consumer sites.Such as qinghefang street in Hangzhou,the Bundin Shanghai,Beijing Nanluogu Lane business district,have driven the development of the city.《Chinese tourism 13th Five-Year development plan》,caused More scholars on the research of the commercial block.As a major tourist province of Zhejiang Province,tourist satisfaction has gradually become the focus and concern of everyone.In particular,historical and cultural blocks,it is a microcosm of the development of urban history,but also a very important historical and cultural heritage of the city.Therefore,the realization of Hangzhou,Zhejiang province and even the national historical and cultural blocks across the development,and its favorable way is to improve the satisfaction of tourists.The satisfaction of tourists can not only reflect the historical and cultural blocks for tourists and the attraction and competitiveness,But also effectively guide the tourism related departments to propose corresponding policies to improve the management level and service quality of the tourism industry,and ultimately promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry.Aiming at the above problems,this paper takes qinghefang street of Hangzhou city as an example,Extracted the representative related factors from the commercial street in the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction,Drawing on the core theory of American customer satisfaction index model ACSI,combined with the particularity of the historical and cultural blocks,constructed the HCBCSI historical and cultural district tourist satisfaction index model,identify potential model variables and observation variables,and the model was tested by structural equation model AMOS.Firstly,this paper describes the background and significance of the theory of tourist satisfaction index and the index model of tourist satisfaction,and points out the main content and the frame of the thesis.Secondly,this paper systematically reviews the relevant research and literature review of customer satisfaction index models at home and abroad,and analyzes the domestic and international customer satisfaction index model.Then the system analysis the theoretical foundation of the tourist satisfaction index model,And Based on the ACSI model,this paper presents the historical and cultural block visitor satisfaction index model HCBCSI,and constructs the structural equation model with causality.At the end,The tourist satisfaction index model of qingehfang street of Hangzhou city into the empirical research,SPSS analysis and AMOS statistical software were used to fit the model,and the results showed that the model was good.
