With the deepening of the reform,inefficient use of urban land development has caused concern in the community,rational development and utilization of land circulation is related to China's economic development and sustainable utilization of resources.In recent years,the frequency of regional planning appears increasingly.High conservation of land use has been elevated to the national strategic level.Therefore,in order to implement the party's 18 spirit,thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development,constantly improve the quality of urbanization to strictly implement the "cherish and rational use of every inch of land,effectively protecting cultivated land" basic national policy promoting shifts in economic structure.Land is not only a carrier on urban social and economic development,but also the formation of urban and infrastructure development.With the continuous advance of China's industrialization and urbanization,the contradiction between the urban land resources and the limited amount of land resources continue to highlight the demand for infinite,and therefore how to improve the quality of land in the urbanization has become hot.Based on the nature of the land mass departure of urbanization,the urbanization of land to build quality evaluation system on land from urbanization moderation,ecological benefits of urban land use,economic efficiency of urban land use,urban land use benefits social construct four levels land urbanization,the use of entropy method and multi-objective linear weighting method to determine the weight of each indicator and scoring.While using Arc GIS technology to study the results visualization land mass urbanization spatial differentiation.First transverse to the country's 31 provinces for the study to measure the quality of the urbanization of land in 2014;secondly the longitudinal direction,analysis and comparison of 2006,2009 and 2014 for the study object,31 provinces and cities nationwide land mass urbanization,and the evaluation of results,and analyze spatial regional differences,different regional land mass urbanization constraints,proposed to enhance the quality of our land urbanization overall strategy with regional differentiation strategy,to advance the quality of our land urbanization healthy development decisions.
