Research On Coordinated Use Of Land Use And Ecological Protection

Land is an important basic resource, land use change is an important constituent and one of the major reason of global environmental change. In recent years, research on land use change has been the front and the hot spot of the geography related subject, but land use is dominated by numerous factors. With the rapid and continues development of social economy and the accelerated process of industrialization and urbanization, the problem of land use change is even more serious, such as irrational structure of land use, serious land pollution, low utilization rate of land, which has seriously affected the coordinated development of the socio-economic and ecological environment. Investigating the relationship between land use and ecological environment from the perspective of sustainable use of land has become the focus problem of research in the field of land management. The land use change in different regions are different in the number, intensity, structure and trend, It impacted the change of regional environment directly or indirectly, which is the main reason of change in the ecological environment. In this situation, it is very meaningful both on theory and reality to research coordinated use of land use and ecological environment thoroughly.This paper took Guiyang County as an example, it analyzed the problem which existed in the land ecological construction by using the concept of sustainable development, and on the basis of in-depth surveys and extensive collection of ecological environment as well as natural resources information in Guiyang County. And also it took the research on land use of Guiyang County into systematic environment and comprehensively analyzed the characteristic of Guiyang County. Through vertical and horizontal contrast, it came up with the science and reasonable development strategy by find out the advantageous conditions and constraints, which provided strategic planning and policy suggestion of land use for the social economic development. Based on the current situation of Guiyang County, this paper carried on the ecological function district, then, it put forward the controlling index and spatial governance measures of land use that is benefit for environmental protection and ecological construction of Guiyang County. At the same time, based on the investigation of the land ecological environment condition in Guiyang County, the paper analyzed the influence of the land structure and scale, the construction of infrastructural facilities, land exploitation and Consolidation, and the significant ecological environment construction project on the ecological environment. Finally, this paper proposed the ecology improvement goal and countermeasure in Guiyang County, based on the actual land use and ecological environment construction situation of Guiyang County, it put forward the ecology improvement principle as well as the ecological construction land arrangement suggestion.
